ORDER DISMISSING CASE. IT IS ORDERED that 7 Defendants' Motion for Screening is DENIED as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Nevada Department of Corrections shall pay to the Clerk of the United States District Court 20 % of the prece ding month's deposits to Plaintiff's account until the full $350 filing fee has been paid. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly. An appeal from the dismissal of this action would not be taken in good faith.
