Navajo Nation, The, et al. v. Urban Outfitters, Inc. et al
Plaintiff The Navajo Nation alleged that Defendants Urban Outfitters, inc. violated the Indian Arts and Crafts Act by advertising, promoting and selling its goods under the confusingly similar "Navaho" and "Navajo" names and marks, which compete directly with the Navajo Nation's retail goods.
