MEMORANDUM AND OPINION. For the reasons articulated in the attached Memorandum and Opinion, plaintiffs have established their entitlement to a preliminary injunction to enforce the Non-Compete Provision, as limited therein. Before the Court enters s uch an order, plaintiffs are directed to post a $20,000 bond with the Court by July 26, 2013. Within two business days of posting said bond, plaintiffs are further directed to notify the Court, via ECF, that they have complied with Rule 65(c)'s requirements and, after conferring with defendants, to submit a proposed preliminary injunction consistent with this Memorandum and Order.
