Petitioner's motion to vacate his conviction and sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is denied in its entirety. Furthermore, because petitioner has not made a "substan tial showing of the denial of a constitutional right" pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2), no Certificate of Appealability will issue. Petitioner may seek such a certificate from the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly. So Ordered by Judge Allyne R. Ross on 6/19/2015.
