Filing 22 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: In line with the foregoing, the writ of habeas corpus is denied, and the petition is dismissed. Since petitioner has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability shall no t issue. See 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2). The Court certifies,pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a), that any appeal from this Memorandum and Order would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis is denied for the purpose of any app eal. See Coppedge v. United States^ 369 U.S. 438, 444-45, 82 S. Ct. 917, 8 L. Ed. 2d 21 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Memorandum and Order to petitioner, to enter judgment accordingly, and to close this case. So Ordered by Judge Eric N. Vitaliano on 3/27/2019.
