ORDER granting 41 Motion for Summary Judgment; granting 48 Motion to Amend/Correct/Supplement; denying 26 Motion for Attorney Fees. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, defendant United States' motion for summar y judgment is granted, and it is hereby ordered that the balance due on defendant Trokki's federal tax liabilities be distributed from the interpleaded fund to the United States.
