August 20, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 45 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER - It is hereby: ORDERED, the Plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction is granted, and it is further, ORDERED that pending final judgment, the Defendants are enjoined from commencing, maintaining, or otherwise t aking any action pursuant to LL 315-12 §2(A), including the issuance of an executive order invoking this Local Law, that would modify any terms of conditions of employment set forth in the relevant Collective Bargaining Agreements or other agre ements between the Plaintiffs and the County; and it is further ORDERED, that the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims, and it is further ORDERED, that the Defendants request for the Plaintiffs to post a bond under Fed.
