Filing 26 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 14 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. For the reasons stated herein, Defendant Sayville School District's motion to dismiss is granted and Plaintiff's claims against the District are dismissed , with prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly and to terminate Docket Entry 14. As a result of the District's dismissal from this action, Plaintiff is directed so show cause, in writing, within ten (10) days as to why her claims against Defendant Suffolk Transportation should not be dismissed as well.
