Filing 7 MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER adopting Report and Recommendations re 5 Report and Recommendations: The Court hereby ORDERS that Magistrate Judge Treece's Report Recommendation and Order (Dkt. No. 5) is ADOPTED in its entirety; and the Court f urther ORDERS that Plaintiff's federal claims are DISMISSED with prejudice; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff's state law claims under Article 1, §§ 2, 6, and 11 of the New York State Constitution, New York Penal Law, an d New York Rules of Professional Conduct are DISMISSED without prejudice; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Plaintiff in accordance with the Local Rules.
