JUDGMENT: In favor of defendants against Wenchun Zheng, PhD. IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs motion to convene a three judge panel to decide issues in this case is DENIED. Plaintiff's motion to remand the action to state court is DENIED. Defendants' motion to dismiss Plaintiffs claims under the doctrine of res judicata, is GRANTED, and all claims in this matter are DISMISSED with prejudice. Plaintiffs cross-motion for sanctions is DENIED and Defendants' renew ed application for sanctions against the plaintiff is DENIED with leave to renew upon the filing of further motions or pleadings by Plaintiff in this court. {Copy served on the pro se plaintiff electronically through the Court's Filing System as the plaintiff is noted to be an electronic filer.
