MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: Defendants contend that Plaintiff's motion to amend should be denied on grounds of futility. Defendants contend that the proposed SAC does not (1) demonstrate that this Court has personal jurisdiction over the Forei gn Bank Defendants; (2) cure the deficiencies in Plaintiffs antitrust claims; and (3) cure the flaws in Plaintiff's RICO claim. (See Defs. Br. (Dkt.No. 181)). (As further set forth in this Order.) For the reasons stated above, Plaintiffs motion for leave to file a Second Amended Complaint is denied.
