Filing 45 MEMORANDUM ORDER. For the reasons in this Memorandum Order, Viacom's motion to dismiss the amended complaint is denied, without prejudice to the parties' positions concerning the propriety and viability of Cablevision's demand for an o rder requiring Viacom to license only the Core Networks to Cablevision on the terms specified for those Networks and ancillary services in the current agreement.
