Filing 25 OPINION & ORDER re: 16 MOTION to Dismiss the complaint filed by Equal Employment Practices Commission (NYC), Judith Garcia Quinonez, Charise L. Hendricks. For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's Complaint is DISMISSED w ith leave to amend the Complaint no later than October 31, 2014, if Plaintiff can plead additional facts to show she exhausted her administrative remedies relative to alleged retaliation actions following her April 2012 NYSDHR complaint. Otherwis e, amendment would be futile. See Grullon v. City of New Haven, 720 F.3d 133 (2d Cir. 2013).
