Filing 93 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The parties each move for partial summary judgment on the adequacy of certain agencies' searches and the applicability of certain FOIA exemptions to 150 responsive documents that were partially or fully withheld b y Defendants. (As further set forth in this Order.) For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part, and Plaintiffs' motion is DENIED without prejudice. The parties are directed to confer and jointly submit a proposed briefing schedule on any further motions on or before April 26, 2017.
