MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendant's motion to transfer case to the Southern District of New York [# 11 ] is granted. Defendant's combined motions to dismiss or stay [# 11 ], as well as its motion to strike class allegations [# 13 ], are denied as moot, without prejudice, to be reraised if appropriate.
