Filing 50 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 41 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Saurez, Turnbill, Johnson, James, Cox. For the reasons set forth above, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's Complain t is DISMISSED in its entirety. Further, the Court certifies, pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Memorandum Opinion and Order would not be taken in good faith, and in forma pauperis status is thus denied.
