MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 16 MOTION to Compel Arbitration and for Sanctions, filed by Scott Diamond, Warren Diamond. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to compel arbitration and to dismiss the complaint is de nied. In light of the Court's ruling on the motion, the defendants' request that the Court impose sanctions is also denied.
