OPINION AND ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: for 339 Motion to Certify Class, filed by Royal Park Investments SA/NV, 442 Report and Recommendations,,,,, 453 Motion to Vacate, filed by Royal Park Investments SA/NV. Given the foregoing, Royal Park's objections to the R&R are OVERRULED and its motion for class certification is DENIED. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion appearing at docket entry 453. The parties are directed to submit a joint let ter within 30 days of the date of this Opinion advising the Court as to how they wish to proceed; whether the stay in this action should remain in effect; and, in light of this Opinion, whether Royal Park will continue to pursue its remaining objections to Judge Netburn's orders.(See Dkt. #441).
