For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's motion for summary judg ment is GRANTED IN PART and Defendant's motion for summary judgement is DENIED. Because Plaintiff's procedural right to meaningful participation in the IEP process was violated with respect to D.L.'s summer placement, the Court ORDERS Defendant to reimburse H.L. for the cost of tuition at the Rebecca School for July and August 2011. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions, adjourn all remaining dates, and close this case. SO ORDERED. For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's motion for summary judg ment is GRANTED IN PART and Defendant's motion for summary judgement is DENIED.
