May 7, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 26 ORDER AND OPINION for 25 Report and Recommendations, 22 Motion for Attorney Fees filed by Vittorio A. Papandrea. Accordingly, the Court finds no clear error. The Court adopts the R & R in its entirety and determines counsel is entitled to rec over $6,988.75, representing twenty-five percent (25%) of the past-due benefits awarded to Plaintiff as reasonable attorney's fees. For the reasons stated above, the Court adopts MJ Smith's R & R in its entirety. Plaintiff' s counsel is entitled to recover $6,988.75, as reasonable attorney's fees. Said funds to be made payable to the Olinsky Law Group. The Court directs that Plaintiff's counsel shall refund the amount of $1,873.64, previously awarded as attorney's fees to Plaintiff.
