December 20, 2018	Filing 27 DECISION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Decision and Order, the Plaintiff's motion for damages is granted in part. The Court awards the Plaintiff $40,000 in damages for its trademark infringement claims and $500 i n damages for its cybersquatting claim. Further, the Court denies the Plaintiff's request for attorney's fees. Plaintiff's 25 motion for oral argument is dismissed as moot. The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment for the Plaintiff on all claims and tax costs as required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(d)(1). The Plaintiff shall promptly serve a copy of this Decision and Order together with a copy of this Notice of Electronic Filing, on the Defendant. The Plaintiff shall thereafter file proof of such service with the Court. The Clerk of Court shall also take all steps necessary to close this case. SO ORDERED. Signed by Hon. Richard J.
