February 12, 2015	Filing 35 JUDGMENT IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED in accordance with the court's order entered February 12, 2015, and for the reasons set forth more specifically therein, that the parties' motions for summary judgment are granted in part and de nied in part. The court grants defendant's motion for summary judgment as to plaintiff's FDCPA and NCCAA claims. The court grants plaintiff's motion for summary judgment as to plaintiff's TCPA claims and the plaintiff is awarded the sum of $1,000.00. April 24, 2014	Filing 25 ORDER granting 22 Motion for Court-Hosted Mediation - The parties shall confer and provide three alternative dates of availability in the coming weeks for such conference, at which plaintiff shall attend, together with all persons with interest i n and/or final authority on behalf of defendant to determine a mediated case outcome. Notice of mutual dates of availability shall be filed on the docket within ten (10) days and, thereafter, the matter promptly will be referred to a magistrate judge for court-hosted settlement conference in accordance with the court's local rules. Given the prior trial date was based upon the original trial judge's schedule, it now is set aside. After the court has ruled on pending dispositive motions, the court will enter a scheduling order governing deadlines and procedures for final pretrial conference and trial, as appropriate in this case.
