MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by JUDGE JAMES A. BEATY, JR. on 05/04/2015, that Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc.# 52 ] is GRANTED. IT IS DECLARED that Defendant's invocation practice violates the E stablishment Clause of the United States Constitution, and Defendant is ENJOINED from continuing its practice as discussed above. FURTHER that Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 51 ] is DENIED. FINALLY, that Plaintiffs be awarded $1.00 in nominal damages as requested in their Verified Complaint, and that Plaintiffs may pursue attorney's fees and costs under 42 U.S.C. § 1988, pursuant to the procedure set out in Local Rule 54.2.
