United States' Motion in Limine to Exclude Improper Expert Opinion Testimony of Brian Neesby, United States' Motion to Strike Certain Testimony of Brian Neesby, and NAACP Plaintiffs' Motion in Limine to Exclude Defendants' Untimely Discovery Materials are DENIED IN PART and are otherwise DEEMED MOOT. Duke Intervenor-Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike Brian Neesby's Testimony Regarding Mail -Verification Failure Rates Among Preregistrants and to Exclude Defendants' Exhibit BN-3 is DEEMED MOOT. 2. Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike the Declarations of Sean P. Trende and Motion to Exclude his Testimony at Trial is DENIED IN PART and is otherwise DEEMED MOOT. 3. Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike the Declarations of Thomas Brooks Hofeller and Motion in Limine to Exclude his Testimony at Trial is DEEMED MOOT. 4. Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike Portio ns of the Declarations and Motion in Limine to Exclude Certain Testimony of Dr. Janet Thornton at Trial was granted in part at trial and otherwise is DENIED. 5. Defendants' Motion to Exclude Testimony by the United States' Expert, D r. Charles Stewart, is DENIED. 6. Defendants' Motion in Limine to exclude certain testimony of Dr. Allan Lichtman is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. 7. Defendants' motion to exclude rebuttal testimony of Dr. Lichtman, i s GRANTED as to mail verification rates for 2014, and is otherwise DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all claims of Plaintiffs and Plaintiff-Intervenors are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and judgment shall be entered in favor of Defe ndants, but that this courts injunction against the repeal of same-day registration and out-of-precinct provisional voting entered October 3, 2014, shall remain in effect until June 8, 2016.
