Plaintiffs shall have twenty days from the date of this Order to file an amended complaint as to their second ca use of action which cures the defects noted herein. Plaintiffs' failure to timely file an amended complaint will render the complaint's second cause of action subject to dismissal without prejudice and without further notice. (Garland, Leah)
