Opinion and Order signed by Judge James S. Gwin on 11/27/13. The Court approves the proposed settlement agreement as fair and reasonable, approves the proposed notice to the collective, and dismisses this case with prejudice. Each party will bear its own attorney's fees and costs except as provided in the settlement agreement, and the Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the proposed settlement agreement.
