Order For the reasons stated in the Order, the Court ADOPTS IN PART the R&R insofar as it affirms the ALJ's decision that Plaintiffs mental impairment was not severe and the treating physician was not entitled to controlling weight. Howe ver, the Court VACATES the decision of the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") in assessing the residual functional capacity at Step Four.
