Filing 21 Memorandum Opinion and Order that because the Court finds there is legal uncertainty with regards to whether fraudulent joinder can be applied to Plaintiff Patch, and the Court is bound to resolve all doubts about the propriety of remov al in favor of remand, Plaintiffs' 8 motion to remand is hereby GRANTED.
