Memorandum of Opinion and Order. Based on the evidence and the record, the Court finds no likelihood of confusion. Therefore, summary judgment is Granted in favor of Sterling. Having found no likelihood of confusion, Sterling's trademar ks are valid and subsisting. Because summary judgment has been granted on the issue of confusion, Limited's counterclaims are without merit and the Court need not reach the issues of laches and damages.
