OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 17 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff's claim of constructive discharge in violation of the public policy manifested in O.R.C. §4112.02 is DISMISSED. Plaintiffs' claim s of intentional infliction of emotional distress, defamation and loss of consortium are likewise DISMISSED.
