Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. Having weighed, evaluated, and considered the evidence presented at trial, the court renders the following verdict: In favor of Defendant on its affirmative defense of comparative fault on the basis t hat Defendant proved by a preponderance of the evidence that Plaintiff was more than fifty percent at fault for his injuries.
