Defendants timely filed their answer #18 to the complaint on November 2, 2012. Plaintiff failed to prosecute his case. As a result, on June 5, 2013, I ordered #19 plaintiff to appear in writing within 21 days to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for want of prosecution pursuant to Local Rule 41-2.
