OPINION AND ORDER: Upon review, I ADOPT in part and MODIFY in part the F&R 82 . Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment 45 is GRANTED, and therefore all claims against the ELCA and the Synod are dismissed. Defendant the Congregations Motion for Summary Judgment 49 is GRANTED as to Ms. Prasnikars negligence claim, prayer for punitive damages, and prayer for noneconomic damages. (dls)
