Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand 19 is (1) granted to the extent Plaintiffs seek to have this court: (a) decline to exercise jurisdiction under the Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA), 28 U.S.C. § 1332(d)(2), and (b) exercise jurisdiction only under 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b); and (2) deferred to the extent Plaintiffs seek to have the case remanded to state court on equitable grounds under 28 U.S.C. § 1452(b). This case is referred to the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon under Local Rule 2100-1(a) for resolution of the deferred issue of equitable remand under 28 U.S.C. § 1452(b).
