Accordingly, a stay of this federa l habeas proceedings is appropriate, and the Court GRANTS petitioner's Motion to Stay (ECF 117 ). This action is STAYED during the pendency of Petitioner's state post-conviction proceedings. Petitioner shall file his state court petition w ithin 90 days of the date of this Opinion and Order and must move to lift this stay within 60 days of the completion of the state court proceedings.
