Filing 225 OPINION AND ORDER re 222 MOTION to Set Aside Judgment Pursuant FRCP Rule 60(b)(4)&(6),, 224 MOTION to Stay Proceedings Pending Resolution of Respondents' Rule 60 Motion at Docket 222. The Court DENIES the motion for relief at ECF No. 222. Accordingly, the Court DENIES the motion for stay at ECF No. 224 filed on September 9, 2020. On April 27, 2020, ECF No. 215, upon ordering a new trial, the Court instructed for the same to take place within 180 days. However, consider ing the Declaration of Emergency by state and federal governments, in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, the multiple protocols adopted by government agencies to ensure the health of its employees while securing individual's rights; the Order at ECF No. 215 is modified to enable trial as soon as practicable and as per protocols established by the PR Judiciary.
