DECISION AND ORDER: The Court finds that Plaintiffs Jervis, Martin, Waldron, and O'Shea are entitled to their unreduced pension benefits pursuant to 29 U.S.C. sec. 1132(a)(1)(b). -- Re Plaintiffs' Requests for Costs, Expenses, and Attorney s' Fees: Plaintiffs are ordered to file a detailed brief supporting their request (with time records) on on before October 31, 2013.
