FINAL JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION, granting 12 Motion for Default Judgment. This permanent injunction takes effect immediately.Judgment is entered in favor of DISH Network on Count III of the complaintalleging violati ons of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2511(1)(a) and 2520.
