Filing 465 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER RECONSIDERATION AND SCHEDULING ORDER.For the foregoing reasons, and as set forth herein, Plaintiffs motion for revision [Doc. 458] is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The Courts previous order on the summary judgment motions [Doc. 453] is VACATED IN PART to the extent it dismissed Plaintiffs FITS Claims arising prior to April 22, 2015, and to the extent it dismissed Plaintiffs FITS-only trade secret claims and Defendants FITS-only trade secret countercla ims. The Court hereby reinstates Plaintiffs FITS Claims asserted in Counts I, II, V, VIII, X, XI, and XIII of the third amended complaint, to the extent these claims arose after entry of the chancery courts Order Regarding Post Trial Motions on April 22, 2015. All FITS Claims arising prior to April 22, 2015, remain dismissed pursuant to the Courts November 14, 2017, memorandum and order [Doc. 453]. All FITS-only trade secret claims asserted in Counts VI, VII, and XVI are hereby reinstated. Defendants FITS-only trade secret counterclaims are hereby also reinstated.
