July 20, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 71 ORDER: In these consolidated actions, the parties have filed a Joint Petition for Approval of Compromise and Settlement of Minors Claim. [Doc. 67]. This Court finds the settlement fair and reasonable and in the best interests of M.N.S., and the motion is GRANTED. The terms of the settlement as set forth orally in the hearing and in the Joint Petition are hereby APPROVED. The plaintiffs are hereby DIRECTED to file a petition in the Chancery Court of Hawkins County for the establishment of a trust, either through the registry of the Hawkins County court or through a third-party trustee for the benefit of M.N.S, as approved by the Chancery Court judge. Accordingly, all of plaintiffs claims are DISMISSED with PREJUDICE, and the Clerk is directed to terminate the consolidated cases. See order for details.
