Plaintiff has failed to respond to the Courts order. Plaintiff, thus, is ASSESSED the full filing fee of $350. 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1). Finally, the Court CERTIFIES, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this action would not be taken in good faith and would be totally frivolous.
