In light of the court's ruling on defendants' summary judgment motion, def endants' 66 motion for involuntary dismissal is DENIED AS MOOT. Defendants' 56 motion in limine, as well as the 61 motion to strike, are DENIED AS MOOT. U.S. Bank's claims for possession of the subject property, damages for un lawful detainer, interest, attorney's fees, and costs, remain for trial which is scheduled for January 20, 2015.
