JUDGMENT AND ORDER DISBURSING FUNDS: Defendants Carl Brooks Gardner and Gilene C. Gardner shall recover of the Plaintiff $5,000 as full compensation for the taking of the easements and rights-of-way herein condemned, which amount has been depo sited by Plaintiff with the registry of this Court.
