Filing 136 ORDER: For the reasons expressed in the accompanying Memorandum, the 106 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by defendant Regions Bank in Case No. 3:08-cv-21 is GRANTED, and plaintiff John McLemore's complaint is DISMISSED. Entry of thi s Order shall constitute the judgment in that case. The 108 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by defendant Regions Bank in Case No. 3:08-cv-1003 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. All claims except those by plaintiffs Deborah Niedermey er, Brian K. Allen, and James Simpson are DISMISSED. The joint 112 Motion to Strike filed by the plaintiffs is DENIED.
