Proceedings in this case shall be stayed until 4/30/10, to allow the parties additional time to attempt to resolve this case. Joint Status Report due by 5/7/20 10. Telephone Conference set for 5/14/2010, at 3:00 PM before Magistrate Judge Juliet E. Griffin, to be initiated by counsel for plaintiff, to address further proceedings in this case. If, in the parties' 5/7/10, status report, they indicate tha t a settlement of all claims by all parties in this case has been reached and indicate when they will file an agreed order or stipulation of dismissal of all claims in this case, the May 14, 2010, conference call will be cancelled.
