Similarly, because the Debtor's only defense s to the Motion for Relief were those claims asserted in the Adversary case, the Bankruptcy Court did not err in lifting the Stay.Accordingly, the Bankruptcy Courts Orders are AFFIRMED and the appeal isDISMISSED.
