April 7, 2014	Filing 6 ORDER: Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's Ex Parte Motion Under the Hague Convention for Entry of a Temporary Restraining Order and for Scheduling of an Expedited Hearing (Docket No. 2). The Court held an ex parte hearing on the Motion on April 7, 2014, attended by counsel for the Plaintiff. For the reasons stated herein and from the bench at the hearing, Plaintiffs Motion is GRANTED on following terms (see order for details). In accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(b)(3), the Cour t will hold a preliminary injunction hearing on April 16, 2014, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Defendant Koreen Lynn Majeske is ORDERED to appear for this hearing and to bring the parties' youngest minor child, LD, year of birth 2002, to the hearing.
