MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Before the court are the defendant's motions to dismiss the plaintiff's amended complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction and failure to state a claim for relief (docket entry 24 ) and the plaintiff's motion to strike aspects of the defendant's supporting affidavit (docket entry 28 ).
