February 11, 2015	Filing 25 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting 20 Motion to Set Aside the Entry of Default, and the entry of default is set aside. The court also orders Defendant to pay Comerica its reasonable attorney's fees incurred with respect to the four matter s herein set forth. Comerica must submit its request for reimbursement by 2/17/2015. The attorney's fees must be paid by 3/13/2015, and if they are not paid by this date, the court will impose sanctions, which may include striking Defendant� 39;s pleadings and entering a default against it, unless the Defendant objects by 3/06/2015. The court grants Plaintiff Comerica Bank's 15 Motion to Strike, and the court strikes the 11 "Answer" filed by Defendant. Further, the c ourt orders Defendant to file an answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint by 2/23/2015. Finally, as it has set aside the entry of default, the court denies as moot Plaintiff Comerica Bank's 16 Motion for Entry of Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction by Default.
