OPINION AND ORDER granting 11 Motion to Correct Judgment; granting 18 Motion to Stay Enforcement of Writ of Execution; and vacating 10 Agreed Final Judgment. The Court orders Penn Mutual to file within 20 days a brief explaining its proposed prejudgment interest rate with supporting authority. Claimants shall file a timely response.
